New Brand Pillars — What started out as a simple exercise at a board meeting turned into an all-out rebranding. We dug deep to determine the new pillars of what made NCJW… NCJW, in a time where we truly needed to rethink how we identified and spoke about ourselves.

New Website — In partnership with Teal Media, we rewrote and redesigned our website alongside our rebranding efforts.

“About Us” One Sheeter — Using our new brand matrix to explain who NCJW is, in a nutshell. One of the first printed materials implementing a branding refresh that rolled out through summer 2017 (including a new website in August).

Fun fact: The orange sticker to the left was originally designed and written for merch at an AEphi conference, but upon request, has been reprinted for every single NCJW event since 2016. It’s started a total of 13 different conversations in coffee shops, at airports, and in libraries.

Calling All Activists — We spent a very-scrappy $100 on a Facebook ad designed to get women under 40 to apply for fellowships to NCJW's 2017 National Convention. The ad had over 20,000 impressions, 1,000 link clicks to our registration page, and resulted in fellowships for 5 women who had never heard of our organization prior to the ad. 

Stop Anti-Woman Judges — This (equally scrappy) $50 Facebook ad campaign got over 800 to submit letters to their electeds urging them to oppose Trump's 9 new judicial nominees. Over 10,000 people were reached.

E-appeal — Sent out one week before the Women's March on Washington. We wanted to accomplish two things: 1) Break down in simple terms all of the amazing things that NCJW was doing as the leading progressive Jewish organization sponsoring the March. 2) Solicit donations from the sheer magnitude of the above breakdown.

Call to action — Written right after the Women’s March, addressing NCJW’s network clamoring for things to do immediately. We wanted to keep the 4 actions short, sweet, and full of emotional appeal with the awesome photos from across the US. 

A slideshow for Bridal Guide that brings the concept of dupes (all the rage among beauty bloggers, referring to cheaper duplicates of luxe products) to the world of wedding florals.
